Subscriber list management

Has anybody implemented a feature in Squish that allows you to be notified when *any* new message is posted to the list?

This would be lot like running a mailing list, but it would entail scraping addresses from the posting mechanism and checking for the notify-me flag. I suppose a polite interface would also allow people to change their minds.

I'm assuming it has not been integrated into Squish not only because I have not found it, but I see that the Suish subscriber list is administered through eGroups.

So far it appears that ZMailman is the best option if (when) I do it myself.
