dtml-tree and anonymous view
How-To Posted by on Wednesday June 20, 12:02AM, 2001
from the dept.
I have this little code which runs fine when I view as an admin, but it says "not authorized to access postingValue" when I browse as a normal web user.

Is postingValue an internal method? How do I give web user view right? Under security, I try to give explicit right and it still does not work. Please help.

...is only accessible to Roles with the 'Manage Postings' permission. That's not a permission you want to give to anonymous users ;-)

cheers,

Chris
