Sort messages by subject

Here is the catch- I want to have the subjects listed dynamically, so If a new subject is added, the list will update by itself.
The result would looke like:

SUBJECT
last message

SUBJECT2
last message

etc...

The problem I am having is showing each message sorted by the subject.
