Need help: modification of "old stuff"
Squishdot Posted by Andreas Schiffler on Friday August 18, 06:47PM, 2000
from the -what-where-when-who-why- dept.
Need some help creating a new table based on the "Old Stuff" code that shows "Todays Stuff".

I'd like to create a table on the right that looks like the "Old Stuff" list but is actually a "Today's Stuff" list. It should returns all postings (and preferably also replies) that were updated today. Since I am quite new to DHTML coding, I cant figure it out myself after staring at the various routines in Squishdot for a while. So please save me from reinventing the wheel. Regards Andreas

not DHTML, DTML... DHTML is somethign quite different ;-)

You want to build a Catalog query to do this. That's not as easy as it should be but would make a good challenge for learning DTML and ZCatalog, two very useful skills in Zope :-)

    cheers,

    Chris
