Bug Report: changing rightbox_methods (Right box methods)
Squishdot Posted by Harry on Friday October 29, 07:02AM, 1999
from the you-mean-there-are-bugs-in-alpha-code? dept.
When selecting 'rightbox_methods (Right box methods)' in the Squishdot site menu, Zope dies...

Just as the summary says:

I create a Squishdot site. Everything works fine. I decide to manage it, and just enter the 'rightbox_methods (Right box methods)' to see how stuff is done, and zope quits - hard!

After this initial quit, and restarting zope, this behavior continues, now with ALL other sub-folder selections.

Doesn't happen for any non-folder based selections.

ONLY happens when 'rightbox_methods (Right box methods)' or ' misc_methods (Misc. methods) ' are selected and chosen. After that, all hell breaks loose (well, not that bad, but zope quitting is annoying.

These things are better served by joining Squishdot's mailing list.

Include the traceback (i.e. the HTML source text of the error page) in your message -- this will be helpful in figuring out what's going on.

If Zope dies when you access the folder, the Zope process also returns a message -- maybe there's something wrong with your Zope setup. Provide us with more details (not here, but in the mailing list) if you want this fixed.
