replace in multiple posting
How-To Posted by E. Moro on Thursday April 24, 07:17PM, 2003
from the dept.
I need to make a replacement in multiple posting (over 100). How can I do it on Squishdot under a Linux Debian distro?

      Hello Chris:

      What we need is to replace the text of an anchor tag because of a relocalitation of a link.

      That is on over 100 comments of our site.

      Saludos

        Here's a guestimate script that will probably need to be an external method, YMMV...

        def your_method(self):
        for p in self.your_squishsite.data:
        p.summary = p.summary.replace('<old a>','<new a'>)
        p.body. = p.body.replace('<old a>','<new a'>)

        good luck!

        Chris
