How to get article URL?
Newbies Posted by nathan on Thursday February 27, 11:21PM, 2003
from the dept.
I read an article posted below about iterating through articles in Squishdot. My question is, How do I get the URL of the articles that I iterate through?

What I'd like to do is generate a list of upcoming events and put them into a Squishdot box and make them hyperlinks.

    If you're doing the iteration by calling the Squishdot Site object, then you'll want:

    <dtml-var "posting.getURL()">

    ...otherwise, try:

    <dtml-var "posting.absolute_url()">

    cheers,

    Chris

    I thank you very much. That helps me immensely. Is there a way to do it from python (script) as well?
