Migration to Squish 1.4
Squishdot Posted by I. Valdes on Sunday January 13, 06:45AM, 2002
from the dept.
Hello all, Linux Medical News has been a squish based site for almost 2 years now and is running on 1.0 of squish. I'm re-building the site from scratch because it is getting too disorganized under the covers and the number of edits that need to be done to go to 1.4 are too many. I have created LinuxMedNews2 but I now need to migrate all postings and replies over to it. I then plan to replace the old site.

I recall somewhere that one need only copy the data from one subdir to the next. Can anyone tell me which ones those are? I also have several sub-squish sites which need to be migrated as well. Thanks! -- IV

You can't just copy a subdir as such. There's a script somewhere on Squishdot.org for doing this which Brendon from 70south.com wrote, IIRC...
